Our story

From a garage on 9th South to the busiest bar stools in town.

Gullwing started in 2016 with two friends, a five-gallon kettle, and a '72 coupe with gullwing doors that never quite ran. The car never got fixed. The beer got really good.

Today we brew every house beer on site, smoke our meats in-house, and make our fry sauce from scratch. We named the place after the California gull, Utah's state bird, because like us, it showed up here and never left.
